The delivery method will depend on your delivery location. We offer a same-day delivery service in selected locations within London M25. If your product also contains our milk teas which need to remain chilled, your package will be shipped via a next day delivery service the day before in insulated packaging and ice packs. You will receive an email from our courier the morning of your delivery notifying you of your two hour delivery slot.
As these products are perishable, unless the product is damaged or incorrect, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange. Please contact us, and if possible, email pictures to hello@chadong.co.uk. We will do our best to put it right.
