All of our teas are freshly made to order and free from added preservatives. Once received, if the tea is not consumed immediately please ensure that this is refrigerated.

 

Storage: Keep refrigerated between 1°c– 4°c. The teas will typically have a shelf life of up to three weeks - refer to the use by date at the bottom of the bottle. Please note that as with any dairy products, fluctuating or warmer storage conditions will reduce storage life, and incorrect storage can lead to spoilage. 

 

Ingredients: water, evaporated milk, black tea, sugar.

The delivery method will depend on your delivery location. We offer a same-day delivery service in selected locations within London M25. Outside of these areas, your package will be shipped via a next day delivery service the day before in insulated packaging and ice packs. You will receive an email from our courier the morning of your delivery notifying you of your two hour delivery slot.

As these products are perishable, unless the product is damaged or incorrect, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange. Please contact us, and if possible, email pictures to hello@chadong.co.uk. We will do our best to put it right.
